The popularity of the Canadian figure skating pair (Jamie Sale and David Pelletier) has infected the Internet.

You can find the latest news and commentaries about the couple and the judging controversy on many Web sites such as www.pairsonice.net/jsdp, radio.weblogs.com/0100243 and inlineskating.about.com/library. If you are wondering how they have changed the judging system, visit www. usfsa.org/olyso2/news/judging-proposal.htm.

Fan sites
While the Canadians have only recently been embraced by the mainstream media, they have always been popular among skating fans.

If you browse on search engines, you will find many fan sites of the skaters, including www.angelfire.com/sc/GoldenHeart and www.geocities.com/soph14ca.

Other interesting sites include www.geocities.com/skatefan1234/salepelletier/jamiedavid.html which has the chronology of their career, www.scratchspin.com/skaters/s-p.shtml which has an image gallery of their events, and members.tripod.com/icefashion/2001worlds which critiques the fashion of skaters.

Online bulletin boards
The link discussion.canada.com/user/list.asp?forumid=347&pid=346 is an online forum held in Canada.

The posts have been more cynical and critical of Olympic judges in general.

The Amercian forum, located at pub88.ezboard.com/bjamiesaledavidpelletier, is more objective. Instead of badgering about the issue, they often commented about Sale's and Pelletier's appearance on Jay Leno's Tonight Show and also posted links that had anything to do with them.

Some took advantage of the forum's high traffic and posted advertisements.
